Job Qualifications
Here are some Qualifications for the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) from Non-Officers to Officers:

a. Natural-born Filipino Citizen
b. Good moral character
c. Single
d. At least eighteen (18) but not more than twenty-eight (28) years of age at the date of appointment in PCG Service.
e. At least 5’0″ (152.4cm) in height for both male and female; Physically and mentally fit;
f. Baccalaureate Degree Holder or has earned at least
g. seventy-two (72) units in college in only one (1) course as reflected in Transcript of Records (TOR);
h. With Sub-Professional Civil Eligibility or higher, or with TESDA National Certificate (NCII), as identified,

FOR General Line Officers Qualifications
a. Natural-born Filipino Citizen
b. Good moral character
c. Single
d. At least twenty-one (21) but not more than twenty-eight (28) years of age at the date of appointment in the PCG service;
e. At least 5’0″ (152.4cm) in height for both male and female; Physically and mentally fit;
f. Baccalaureate Degree holder;
g. With Professional Civil Service Eligibility of at least 80% rating or PRC License for Deck and Engineering Officers, Pilot License issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), or equivalent.
Technical Line Officers Qualifications

For (Lawyers, Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, Dentists, Veterinarians, and Chaplain):

a. Natural-born Filipino Citizen
b. Good moral character
Sc. ingle or Married
d. At least twenty-six(26) but not more than thirty-six (36) years of age upon appointment;
e. At least 5’0″ (152.4cm) in height for both male and female;
f. Physically and mentally fit;
g. Bar or Board Passer in their respective fields of profession.
h. Technical Line Officers Qualifications

For (Nurses, Nutritionists, Psychologists, Radiologists, Psychometrician or other technical professionals of the same level):

a. Natural-born Filipino Citizen
b. Good moral character
c. Single
d. At least twenty-one (21) but not more than twenty-eight (28) years of age upon appointment;
e. At least 5’0″(152.4cm) in height for both male or female;
f. Physically and mentally fit;
g. Board Passers in their respective fields of profession.
h. Job Applications Requirements

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to apply to PCG Recruitment Nationwide:

1: Access the online application link: cg-hrmc.com
2: Select the “Register” option – For laptop users, click on the Register Menu located at the top of your display. For phone users, tap on the three lines at the top of your display.

3: Provide the required personal information and use ‘N/A’ if a field is not applicable.
4: Enter your Primary and Permanent Address in the specified field. Additionally, provide the contact details of a person to reach in case of an emergency.

5: Fill-in your Educational Background. Note For K-12 Graduates put N/A in College and Course field
6: Once all required fields are accomplished, click the “Register” button
7: Before clicking the “Yes, Submit!” button, ensure all the information provided is correct
8: An email notification will be sent to your registered email address with log-in credentials, instructions to upload initial requirements and further instructions for initial screening/document verification.
9: Click the “Click Here to Login” button to be directed to the applicant dashboard, where you can upload your initial requirements.

10: On the applicant dashboard, you can view your account profile and application status, as well as access the section for uploading your initial requirements. At the bottom, please refer to the provided instructions and ensure that the documents are correct prior clicking the “Submit” button.
